As Shawlmoll promises that we will refund full amount if consumer changes mind within 48 hours after delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be issued only if:

  • The product was returned to sender
  • The defect is reported within 3 days of delivery
  • The product is unused and in its original condition with all tags attached

How to Request a Refund

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • In case of defect, photos clearly showing the defect
  • Send refund request either on whatsapp number 7006116366 or email Shawlmoll@gmail.com

Refund Process

Once we receive and verify your claim:

  1. We will approve your refund request
  2. You will receive pickup schedule for returning the item.
  3. Upon receiving the returned item, we will transfer your refund
  4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Products reported after 3 days from delivery date
